As a reminder there is NO statewide license for Process Servers. You must be licensed in each circuit or county you are serving depending on the licensing program available (court or sheriff). You can be licensed in multiple jurisdictions. There are some counties where there is no licensing program. In those instances you can only serve through a judicial order outlined in the Rules of Civil Procedure in every case. Learn more about the different types of licensing programs and rules in our Education Classes. All licensing requires annual renewal and many have renewal education requirements. Additional information can be found at How To Become A Process Server, by contacting our administration office at (321) 952-0820 administrator@fapps.org or Michelle Howard AFPS, Formal Education Chair.
