Violence Incident Report Form

Reporting all instances of assault on a process server is important. This includes all process servers, regardless of current membership status. This information will be used to compile statistical data for lobbying and legislative efforts to support and protect process servers in the field. Remember, you need not be a member of FAPPS to report an incident. This information will be directed to the FAPPS Violence Against Process Servers and Legislative Chairs.
