Accredited FAPPS Process Server (AFPS) Introduction
The Florida Association of Professional Process Servers encourages everyone related to the process service industry to seek education
and training in the field of process serving. To that end, the FAPPS Formal Education Program is sponsoring seminars regarding how to
serve legal process in the State of Florida which shall hereafter be referred to as the AFPS Formal Education Course. Those attending
and meeting the requirements of these seminars will be eligible to be designated by FAPPS as an Accredited FAPPS Process Server and,
while a member in good standing in FAPPS, will be eligible to use the AFPS designation.
Process Server Education
The FAPPS Education Program offers courses for both new process servers and those seeking continuing education to meet licensing requirements. FAPPS Members may also attend to earn or maintain their AFPS Designation.
FAPPS is the exclusive training provider for the 15th and 19th Judicial Circuits and the Broward County Sheriff.
Our program is approved in the 3rd, 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 15th, 19th, and 20th Judicial Circuits; the Broward County Sheriff, and the Seminole County Sheriff (for applicants in the 18th Judicial Circuit).
Education is not the only requirement in order to serve. You must apply for licensing with every jurisdiction where you want to serve.
If you have never been licensed before view our FAQ for information on your county/jurisdiction.
